Fill out and sign the youth application form and medical form for EACH of your scouts.

Returning families do not need to complete the application unless you are adding a new scout this year.

2025/26 PACK DUES (ALL FAMILIES)

The 2025/26 pack dues are $300 per scout.  Dues can be paid by:

• Cash, Venmo IN PERSON (no fee), or Check made out
  to 'Pack 4 Edgemont'

• Paypal/Venmo/CC Online LINK  (includes payment processing fee)

Scout dues cover our program year September through June.  They pay our national registration and insurance fees, camping and hiking reservations, pinewood derby costs and basic pack events like pack meetings, nature days, and our year end BBQ.  Some other specific events will include additional fees like food costs for campouts and field trips.
